From the initial contact regarding analyzing my well water test report through to providing a filtration system scenario directed towards maintaining a high quality well water supply was without question. After researching several competitors, the decision to select Spring Well System was made with confidence based on the knowledge and expertise of the Filtration System operation. This was followed up with a purchase order and subsequent timely delivery of the filtration system components. The installation went extremely well having your Installation Instruction Manual’s detailed yet simple to understand. The design of the components were very well engineered to support the installer and make the installation flawless. Being a retired Mechanical Design Engineer, it was quite evident that sound engineering principles were applied. Better yet, after a few weeks of operation, a noticeable change in the well water quality has been achieved. The elimination of the bathroom fixture blueish staining (Calcite ph Neutralizer Tank installation), orange staining (Whole House Well Water Tank installation), as well as particle removal pre-processing (Sedimentation Cyclone 100-micron separator and Canister 5-micron Filters installed) has shown positive results. Lastly, the Legacy View app provides simple monitoring of the complete system providing worry-free operations.

Installed the system a week ago. Very pleased with the quality of water. No sulphur smell! Tastes great! Have had to call the company a few times since the purchase, and each and every time they were polite, professional and helped with my inquiries. Great product, great company!
