SpringWell Water Filtration Systems

I did plenty of research and discovered Spring well water company. Had a independent test done and called the company. Very helpful salesman helped me figure what size of softener I needed for my particular situation. The water source is a well in southern Missouri so it’s very hard. Item shipped fast in very sturdy boxes. Easy set up and install couldn’t be happier with the water quality so far.

Bought the Ultra whole house well water system (WSS4) salt based combo with chemical injector based on the excellent online review. I was not disappointed. We built a new house with well water which had high iron (3.5) and iron bacteria. Before install water had a foul "rusty" smell and orange stain every where. Water quality is excellent after install and enjoying it!! Well worth the money!!! I bought a RO system from a different company based on prior experience. Would recommend to hire a plumber to install if it involves the chemical injector system. I am a DIY kind of person, so ended up doing it myself with the help of my friend (first time doing plumbing work!) Ended up having some water leak in the chemical injector system (our own fault).Tip for everyone - tighten the PVC whichever has a screw in portion (chemical injector and the nipple in the post filter with well water) as much as you can with a wrench to avoid leak. Couple of parts had to be replaced and Springwell team sent it to us in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

Once we got our water report back we had to decide which water filtration system would fit our needs. Scott was so helpful in answering questions and explaining what we needed and why. He responded to my emails right away.

Equipment arrived as expected and in perfect condition. Everything is working just fine. I made sure to hire a long term , well known Plumbing Company. The installer and installations were perfect. I wish I installed a salt free softener and purification system when I first moved in this condo. You can immediately see the difference in you hair, skin etc. My hair was so silky, that I kept running water over it thing the conditioner was still in it. It was just that silky.

We love the taste of our water and not having to haul bags of salt into our house. Their sales and support team are awesome also! Worth the investment.
