After three months of agony with a softener that was not even needed, and a lack of customer service from another company, I made a decision to purchase from Emery. Best decision I ever made. Water quality has been great and no salt to buy.

We have now installed the Springwell carbon, sediment filters with salt-based water softener. All of this is working splendidly. We can drink the water directly from the tap saving $'s on drinking water filtration. We have also seen our dishwasher descale itself and the dishes are sparkling. Leading up to all of this was our experience in ordering the filtration hardware. Customer service worked with us to quickly apply a 5% discount that we noticed after the order was placed. We received the shipment with a major piece missing and they Fedex'ed the replacement quickly with with no argument. So this has been an outstanding experience throughout. I have already recommended Springwell to a neighbor who has just built a house next to us. Our thanks to the Springwell team. This is a great product that perfectly addresses our water filtering problems.

Springwell whole house purifier has been excellent. Working with them went smoothly and delivery was quick and our plumber installed it with no issues. Marked difference in our well water. we love it.

For 1.5 years we were buying drinking water and ice at the grocery store. Not anymore my friend. Water that taste’s like….water. Our glasses come out of the dishwasher as clear as crystal. No more cloudiness. Very pleased.
