My Springwell system works as advertised. I will say that I wasn’t sent the system I needed when I first ordered it. I explained that I was on a community well when I ordered my system. They didn’t send me the filter I required for my needs. When I called to complain, Springwell was very responsive. They gave me 50% off and sent me the parts I needed and didn’t charge shipping. I am very satisfied with my experience.

This is the very best system if you want a quality build - I would recommend the following - use the easy install kit. Also, get the UV Filter too - it not only looks cool it kills harmful pathogens. Lastly, I opted for the Salt free system and you will price s huge difference in your hair after showering etc
