Great customer support. These guys have shown great patience with me while explaining how to navigate the ins and outs of a whole house well water tannin removal filtration system. we are pleased as punch with the water quality we are getting. No staining, No smell, No problems. Like all things mechanical occasionally there will be an issue here and there. When confronting a rare issue or just a simple question,"for them, lol". I get a real patient tech, Believe me I need it, to explain what is going on and how to remedy it. I recently had a softener float assembly go south and after an explanation of how to check it out a new assembly was sent out on warranty. These guys are for real. They say and they do. that's quality 101.

Our whole house water filter arrived very quickly. It was easy to install (we used 1" copper pipe & fittings). Our water is NOTICEABLY better tasting and cleaner. Very happy we chose this product.
