new water softening system is working beautifully to remove all chemicals from our water

I own a custom home construction company near Cleveland Ohio. Cleveland City water has a 7 ppm hardness which is really pretty mild. However just the 7 ppm etches glass and leaves hard water spots on tile and sinks over time. We installed Springwells large home system recently. It included a large carbon tank / filter to pre treat the city water and a large media filter that removes the hard water. The system is smart and uses only the salt wash needed. So far this system, after 3 months use has used 1 bag of salt. The smart software is really helpful for programming and monitoring the system usage. Oh, one other thing about Springwell system is they do not affect water pressure or volume when size AND INSTALLED correctly. This system is quite remarkable for the price.

We’re super happy with our whole house filtration system. Our house still has great water pressure, and I have peace of mind about what we’re putting in and on our bodies. And as a bonus, the filters are pretty easy to change out!

Installed the system a couple months ago and we’ve seen a big difference in the softness and taste of our tap water. Whole new experience when taking a bath or shower. Feels cleaner and not that dry itchy feeling, rather smooth and dry.

No more sulfur well smell and eliminated other visible pieces as well!
