My plumber had trouble installing the UV unit, but once he figured out that the "key' had to be removed from the treaded cap, it was smooth sailing. Love the unit.

Works fantastic brought my hardest from 268.7 down to 44.3. Recomed it to any one. The proof is in the numbers. I no longer have any calcium deposits anywhere. On top of that David who I worked with was so to the point in all areas. After giving him my water test numbers he was able to tell me I only needed the softener. Rather then trying to sell me something I don't need. 5+

This system is amazing put all my fears to rest. Clean, clear, and best of all no smells to my well water.
