I’m very happy with the Spring Well water softener system.

Good and reliable products. Good customer service.

The syster seem to be working good. I will know exactly what it is actually doing when I get my well water tested again to make sure everything is working as it should. Had a a few questions about the initial start up flush out and other questions about the system and how it should function, and customer service matt helped at answering my questions. I will give an update after my water is tested again.

Our water is so much better tasting. We used a 3rd party water testing kit from Tap Score to see the before and after results of putting in the whole house filter. We were originally scored a 47/100 with the average washington state water being scored at 76/100. Our water supply even had lead present (Mountlake Terrace, WA). After the filter, we jumped up to a 87/100. The ease of replacing the sediment filter was great. The only drawback is that our house has a little more water hammer when turning on and off appliances. We have tried some strategies to mitigate this with no success. We are hoping our last option of putting in an expansion tank by our on demand helps.
