SpringWell Water Filtration Systems

We are very happy to have selected Springwell for our soft water system. The support in finding installer is also great. They helped us finding competent yet economical installer who charged us 1/3 the cost of commercial plumbers. We don't recommend do-it-yourself effort unless one is a very good handy man. Our installer had installed many Springwell systems and it still took him a good 2 hours to install. The quality of our home water in Carrollton, Texas has improved 100%. We feel much more confident in using our water now. We no longer see black floaters or seeing our water filters turn yellow. By going with Springwell system, we have saved over $1,500 over the system being sold by a 3rd party at Costco.

After installing this Water Filter and Salt Based Water Softener System, and going over 2 regeneration cycles, the hardness level went from 34GPG to 0 (according to a test I bought in Amazon). I have the feeling that it will be even better after a couple of more regeneration cycles. If anyone is interested in getting a salt base water filtration system, you must know that it will require for you to be more diligent with the maintenance on your hot water heater, because the salt will cause for your anode rod to wear out quicker, flushing should be done every six months and inspecting/replacing the anode rod every two years, other than that you are really going to love the system.

After 5 years and many many systems later, we found springwell and decided if this doesn't work then we are just not going to have anything at all. Do not go for anyone who doesn't guarantee a return if it doesn't work. The sales team was extremely helpful and we finally got the system (it has been installed for a few months now) - AND NOW we have water that is clean and smells like water (i. e. nothing) and no more staining. We dealt with VERY high iron, iron bacteria, high levels of sediment, and extremely hard water - and the system we got works! We opted for the whole house system and the chemical injection due to the iron bacteria. We also shock our well every year, but still have issues with iron bacteria. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
