I lost my router spanner wrench and called Festool to order a replacement. Customer service was excellent and knowledgeable. I spoke to somebody located in the US which is always nice. After placing the order, I was pleasantly surprised when the Festool rep told me they would send it free of charge. It was shipped quickly and arrived just a few days later.

I've now placed four different orders and all have shipped the same day I ordered them. So far I've paid no shipping fees and I've received my orders on time or ahead of time. Why shop anywhere else?

I am new to purchasing Festool products. I found ShopFestool and I have ordered four different times now. The service has been exceptional. I believe all of my orders shipped the same day the order was placed. I get an email telling me that the tool has shipped and it includes a tracking number and link so that I can easily track my shipment. This is really great service.
