I have shopped at ShopFestool for the past three years and they have never disappointed. Shipping is prompt and when service is needed for questions or issues there is a speedy response or issue resolution. Recently an order I placed had an issue. The folks at ShopFestool caught my error and had a resolution in process before I called in. I highly recommend this organization.
