Ordering was easy. Just a couple of emails to nail down the specs and the new register cover was here in time frame stated. I had only 1 issue. I needed longer screws to install the register cover. I've been working with Shelley Maldonado. She has been great in assisting me in getting some longer screws powder coated for my register cover. I've showed the cover to a few friends and they're very impressed with Reggio Registers product.
