Their product selection is better than the box stores (Lowe's, Home Depot) and although it may take a little longer to get what you order- the lower prices make it worth it.

I am extremely pleased with Redstag Supplies as a company. Months ago I had bought Frigidaire PureSource Ultra II filters in anticipation of needing them in the future. Later when it came time to use them I found out that they did not fit the refrigerator receptacle, and indeed seemed to be counterfeit. When I notified Redstag they promptly replaced them with the correct filters from a different distributor. They even included a free extra filter! I am very impressed and satisfied with Redstag and rate them as an A+ excellent company.
