Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase of a defective Telestep.

Customer service blew us off twice after sending a defective product.

Though the years they have been great to work with, but cheated me out of 1000. Dollars on PPT caps from B&g. sent them back 2 months ago,didn’t replace or give my money back, I bought 2.I’ve bought 2 from Petra that works great for $70 ea not 500 ea and much better product.

Ordered parts 2 weeks ago and haven’t arrived yet. Don’t know where they are.
