I’m sure your website is fine and functional. I was looking for some replacement parts for an old model sprayer so I will give you a call with the information that I have.

The part didn't look like the picture that they have. It's the same as the inexpensive style but it has an extra plastic piece to cover the holes in the rubber.

Hello Qspray.com Well I do have some questions about the packaging/shipping of my last purchase. When I opened my package it looked like it had been torn open and used/dirty. I do believe the item I purchased was supposed to be new. If someone from Qspray.com did it to make it fit in the small box then I'd rather have it all in tacked and shipped in a bigger box, I did pay like $30 for shipping. I was thinking about getting another one as a gift to someone but if it's going to come looking like the first one then I probably wouldn't buy it. I have pictures I took of the package when I opened it if needed.

The items were back ordered and it was listed on the website as out of stock or such. Shipping via FedEx to rural areas in Texas is a true hassle. UPS or USPS are better, but we the customers do not have choice!

Never got a return label to return 10 inch strainer that I never ordered. Please send me a return label so I can return your strainer. Thanks
