Fantastic Customer Service

I received a screen with some bent areas in the frame. The packaging was excellent. Suspect the frame was not to specification prior to shipment, not sure. Called customer service. Short wait time, the respondent was quick to address the issue. Replacement was rapidly processed with request for photos of the screen delivered. The replacement arrived in one week. Exactly as ordered. For the expense and options with a custom screen, there are no equals. This is like I remember growing up, where a company put the customer first.

The material is very easy

The material is very easy to use. The only catch is that you need the right tools (like a very fine-toothed saw) to cut the aluminum, and you need to hold the aluminum frame pieces just right: Firmly enough that they don't move around, and you get a straight cut, but not too tightly, because the aluminum bends very easily. I was able to put new bug screens on a few windows so far, and when I have time, I'll deal with a few more. Everything went as expected, I'm happy with the purchase.

Excellent Customer Service

My experience with Ritescreen was excellent. The product was better than the competitor and customer service came through when I ordered the wrong size door.
