When both sides are fully
When both sides are fully pushed in, the screen frame is exactly the width of my door frame. My frame is 78” (inside the lip) and the screen frame is also 78”. I tried to return it but they said I have to pay freight costs myself, which would’ve been damn near the cost of the screen. They delayed in giving me a form their policy states that I needed, and then they offered to sell me another product at a discounted cost without refunding me for the first frame. I finally had someone come over and we removed the extension (wheel) pieces from both sides and hammered one piece back into the grooves when the screen was within the door frame. This is also after having to drill new holes because the originals got stripped after trying to fit the damn thing so many times. Not worth the money unless your frame is LARGER than 78”. All that and the door still sticks when I open/close, and it sometimes comes off track at the bottom, prompting me to kick it back onto the track.
