I ordered my flashlight on line. It was shipped promptly and arrived safely. Thank you. My problem with the order was the ‘Shop’ app. At no time was I able to use this app to track my order. The tracking just never came up. I found the site clumsy and, actually, impossible to use. I contacted you via separate email and you provided me with a tracking number, so I was all set. The ‘Shop’ app was useless to me.
