Got the wrong part - had to return it

Was not satisfied with my order

Waited for a long and received damaged item. Got the return label created by plumbing deal, but the email shows 30% restocking fee stating it's a special order. But it wasn't a special order though

The product arrived damaged. The seat had a 2 inch long crack in it. The company required me to send them numerous photos documenting the damage, the packaging, etc. The company promised to resolve the issue by yesterday. As of the end of business today, I have not heard a word from them. Poor customer service so far!

CAN NOT SAY. Have not had an experience yet!!!!!!! Wrong size!
