Genuine products at decent prices , I did contact Customer service and received a helpful response instantly.
I think slightly better communication between pick pals & Australia Australia Post could be improved on , as order tracking seems unnecessarily confusing, BUT on the whole
Judging by my experience I would shop at pickpals again , I recommend their service.
