The staff at Phytools are very knowledgeable.

Parts received in good condition, tracking shipment was a bit lacking in detail. but the shipment arrived in my country without incident. Software loaded fine and initialized adapter quickly.

As the title says, product and delivery was perfect, but I had to pay almost $100CAN to UPS for customs related charges. I did contact Phytools and a portion of the cost was reimbursed which I appreciate. This cost should be made very transparent for buyers BEFORE the purchase. E. g. amazon. ca They include an estimated customs cost. Customer only pays this estimate as a maximum. No hidden fees. I'll order on Amazon. ca next time.
