Took a few weeks

I was disappointed and somewhat bewildered by the lack of screws to attach the wheels, on one of the dollies, in my last package from you

The base of the rack is stable and well balanced. However the top bar with the hooks which hold the bikes is quite flimsy. With two adult bikes and two kids’ bikes loaded, the top section is already bending, and the hooks themselves are bending as well. It feels like the top part of the frame is under-designed relative to the rest, which is a shame because the lower structure is solid. While I don’t think the bikes will fall, the twisting and flex doesn’t inspire confidence. I’m already considering ways to reinforce it, which shouldn’t be required

For the price, I expected a better product. I expected it to be made of stainless steel not plastic. There are no assembly instructions

Communication could be improved, as it was sometimes slow to obtain information regarding the expected arrival of the item.
