Very poor. Item ordered on 16th of February. Have received nothing other than thanks for the purchase and getting my item ready. Have emailed Ozanda twice, and rung them twice. Now have received thus email asking me to review the product. Have I been scammed?

Item not received after 6 weeks Hence why I made a claim against Ozanda. Never again will I use this company. Once was too many. Stay away.

I can’t write a review on my order as I haven’t received it yet over 3 weeks ago but you certainly have my money and I’m insulted to to be asked to do a review on something I haven’t received. I hope I receive my item or a refund soon, regards Leigh Brown
