I’ve been in the handyman and carpentry business for 27 years, and I’ve never experienced a company that completely ignored an unresolved product issue until now. The item I received had scratches all over the black gloss finish, but that’s not even the main problem. I was charged for two separate shipping fees — around $24 for standard FedEx shipping and an additional $49 for next-day express service. Despite paying for express shipping. I reached out to customer service several times requesting a refund for the $49 express fee I paid but never received. They gave me a ticket number and said someone would contact me, but after five days with no response, I sent three more emails. Each reply just created another new ticket number — and still, no real person ever followed up. This kind of neglect and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge with my bank. Never again.
