I had a specific project and submitted it with a diagram. Later I had to make a change in the cuts I ordered and I called and the change was excepted and the order proceeded with the changes. My order came to day and looks great. I also ordered samples first, and was really pleased with the sample kit the came. Overall they are great people to work with. No complaints.
