I was so surprised that the sample arrived in two days. The tile order arrived in just a few days and was packaged very well. I expected at least one tile to have a cracked corner from shipping but it was nestled so we'll in the box that all of them were fine. I even received a text from the company asking if I needed any assistance with the ordering. That was a nice surprise.
