My first complaint is the late delivery. My second complaint is the cost,. . . for an RV??

Nuvo should include new o-rings with new filters, your directions say to replace when filters are replaced! But Nuvo does not include them.

Company is a little slow with customer service. But in the end, they finally sent my replacement filter for free. So I am happy about that.

Took two week to receive order, should have been much faster.

The product is excellent, but there were 2 problems: 1. I couldn't find O-rings on the website. It used to be easy to find them, no they are nowhere to be seen. 2. After I placed the order (and paid for it) it just sat there in an Order Confirmed state. I had to call to get the order to actually ship. . .
