Terrible customer service.

Terrible product caused mold in my clean new evaporative cooler, which took a lot of work to clean out and the puck as you can see by the picture was moldy. Please send my refund. Experience was very bad.

Poor instructions provided on YouTube link. Size pipes and include manual to set up. Don’t assume all have internet.
