Tile Giant

I visited multiples time to Croydon Tile Giant shop and found what I like. But online offer special bank holiday promo while shop close. I ordered online. Call customer service over phone try to order more tile adhesive, but their computer system only recommend Mapei Keraquick for my tile. My tiler prefer Mapei Keraflex. I called Croydon store and Nick explain in detail to me and help me pick the right items. The whole team Nick, Billy, Joe, Brandon & mark are super helpful. Real life advise from store staffs are lifesaver. Head office staffs mainly base on computer provide information and It can be very confusing. Welldone Croydon Staffs!!!
