Ordering was easy. Got good pre-sales & pre-shipping support. Didn't get a call before delivery as requested so could not be on site when delivery was completed. Some damage to one of the shipping boxes so hoping for the best.

We were kept informed throughout the process

Took longer to receive than advertised.

Shipping was delayed due to back order of products - this was a concern and our contractor got our shutters from a different vendor due to availability

Have not yet purchased shutters. Still considering.
