We purchased 3 pairs of the flat panel shaker style for the front of our house, they came out beautifully! The installation brackets came separate from the shutters and the directions might have been missing or we accidently threw them away, however we reached out to Monument customer support and within less than a day we received a response and actually was provided a YouTube video which was very helpful. Overall my experience with Monument has actually been the smoothest process during my home remodel. We wanted to change our current shutters but wanting to give it a little upgrade with clean lines. Monument was able to ship out a sample to make sure it was what we wanted and the response time for questions was impeccable. Thank you Monument team for all your help and the beautiful new shutters to help with our home remodel we absolutely love them!

These shutters are better quality than I was expecting. They are well made! I loved how easy it was to order shutters to the dimensions I wanted. The website made ordering easy with clear instructions and info. Shutters came with a perfect sanded finish that made finishing them go super easy. I used Rustoleum Satin Espresso(undercoat) and Colonial Red to finish.

Manufacturing was slow due to covid but they were worth the wait.
