First Purchase arrived at a Reasonable time.

Great experience!

I ordered 6 boxes of the paint strainers. One of the boxes was opened and had some used/dirty strainers in it. What was more troubling was I sent a response via email about the order (along with a picture) and requested another box to be sent. They responded questioning by claim and confirmed that "they packaged it themselves and it wasn't damaged". I replied that I know it wasn't damaged, it looked as if it was intentionally opened and used. I haven't heard anything back after that and am awaiting a response...I understand thing happen intentionally or unintentionally. The problem I have is the response questioning my claim and then a lack of communication after the fact. Poor customer service.

I ordered, got my product, needed another gallon, ordered again and it was there lightning quick. I was surprised. My project didn't even have to stop to wait for the arrival of more product. Amazing. Love these guys.
