Wrong product shipped

Shorted my order and never responded to any emails. Packaged very poorly on top of it all.

Placed order. Received email stating the order is complete and would ship. Over a week went by and hadn’t arrived. Contacted seller. I was told their system showed about 20 in inventory but he couldn’t find any in the warehouse. At least they gave me a refund. Very disorganized.
