First of all, we needed to order some parts but did not know the part numbers and support was able to help me decipher which parts I needed and they also provide me with the manual for my Dekka machine. The best thing was I got the parts the next day!

i was looking for a hard to find conveyor belt. my 4 common vendors i ordered my parts from looked and said they don't have any and cant find one for me, may need to spend some money to retrofit. found Machine Parts Toolbox online. called them up and to my surprise the had one on the shelf and at a very fair price.. found my new part supplier.
