Leatherman - En Europe

Terrible. Super disappointed. It's like feeling cheated.

As stated in my review: Unfortunately the personalisation applied on my ARC is misaligned and its boundaries do not match those presented on the visualisation. At best I would describe it as poor and substandard. I've sent an email regarding this issue to info-poland@leatherman.com on 13th of November. Supposedly it got forwarded to the engraving department. I am still waiting for any response. I have also contacted Leatherman Polska FB account on 23rd of November. A representative apologised for the situation and promised to get back to me as soon as they get any info. I'm still waiting. Long story short - quality of your supposedly premium product is far from satisfactory. Your customer service and overall experience is just plain terrible.

after buying the third clip because they always break easily, they said that the clip was made to break and that they cannot be exchanged because it is at the expense of the user. I love my wave but since I have a Leatherman, the service that “should be great” , I havent seen it.

Fuck off with your emails to review. If people want to review they will. Not pressured into it
