I was very pleased with the speed they filled my order However this time they used Fed-Ex . Fedex totally messed up the delivery. I got notices "THREE" times "three" days in a row it was out for delivery only to learn it was never on the truck that day. I notified a Knot & Rope employee of the poor service and I kind of got a lackadaisical reply to try UPS the next timeI was not the only one in the FED-EX lobby complaining about their parcels

Online ordering was simple, delivery was extremely fast, and product is high quality.

Really happy with the speed of shipment and delivery. Everything arrived as expected. Price was right. Will be buying more line from them in the future.
