Did not receive my pillows

The team was not able to resolve by shipping the pro version so sending both nonpro hoses back for a refund.

Poor product advertising and the “message us” button for customer support doesn’t work. I just get redirected to the contact page on a loop without any message feature opening up. Hours are not convenient to call.

The exchange was easy waiting for correct item to be delivered

The store hours in the pickup confirmation were wrong. They were listed as M-S 8 a. am. to 8 p. m. When I arrived on Saturday at 7:15 for pickup they were closed. I drove over an hour one direction for pickup of the Festool sanding papers that I needed to work on a job first thing Monday morning. Instead I had to waste 3 hours of my Monday morning and lost profits because of a clerical error on the part of Hartville Hardware. The folks were very nice about it when I brought it to their attention at customer service and apologized.
