Thank you very much. It was pieces missing and also one complete box that was missing of stuff. They replaced everything and it was actually here before the week was out. I have everything happy thank you.

The customer service and sales reps have been wonderful. I had received two damaged corner pieces. No questions asked, I took a picture and submitted it for a claim, and within 3 days, I received the replacements and did not have to return the damaged product. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I was very surprised by how fast I was taken care of. I wish all our vendors were this quick to help us out
