Order pack slip showed 1 of three 3" 100' mighty line rolls back-ordered. Only 2 arrived. Website shows all delivered. Made attempts to contact Floor Tape Store to resolve issue without success. Was a new customer, will not order from this site again.

I requested some samples 2 weeks ago, received confirmation that my request was received, have heard nothing since and nothing has been shipped.

My order #7718 was confirmed on August 30, but I haven't received the tape yet. It seems like I should have by now.

Items I tried ordering I was told shouldn't have been on line and if I wanted I would have to special order in a larger quantity. No follow up from anyone to even attempt to get my order ( 1 email) or even get an account setup. Good thing there are other companies that wanted my business.
