The 1st order went missing and dwarf labs sorted this out in good timo

Obvious that team is keen to do a good job, no info on delivery until it reaches your country probably this could improve but delivery was not excessive after the wait. Would have paid for better delivery.

I purchased the Dwarf II for astrophotography mainly. It is extremely light and portable, sets up quickly and takes some remarkable pictures considering its price point and size. Overall I love it. I do have a few issues however. Firstly if I use the burst feature, I do not get any saved image on my SD card. Secondly: I use an IOS App to operate my Dwarf. It is still a long way behind the Android app in so far as I am not able to change the binning and there is still no histogram stretching feature which would be particularly useful. I am aware that Dwarf Lab are continually updating the software and firmware on the product and given the excellent support on the few issues I have had, I’m sure this will change in the near future. I hope that next time Dwarf Lab ask me to complete a survey, I will be able to give it a full 5 star score.

Shipping took a little while but everything arrived intact, the tutorials and troubleshooting guides on the website covered all of the initial issues while learning to operate the Dwarf II

Customer service is very responsive and very helpful. They don't BS you. Takes a while for shipping. Over a month. Maybe offer an option to pay for faster shipping.
