Sent the wrong tiles. Clearly a mistake between them and their supplier, my invoice from them was correct. Tiles were delivered direct to myself from their supplier and had the wrong SKU number. Sent email explaining. They wanted a picture to make sure they were wrong. I know they are wrong! Check your records it'll show what I ordered and what I received were different! I even sent copy of the invoice and delivery note. But no they wanted a picture of a grey tile that looks like hundred of other grey tiles in pictures. It's the SKU number that identifies. they had the SKU number on their records and their supplier had records too, and I'd sent copies of them too. I had planned to do the work during the hot spell of weather. So if the tiles were correct the first time I could have got away with hiring a tile cutter for one week. When the correct tiles arrived the weather was rain one min sun the next so in the end I ended up having to hire the plunge cut porcelain tile cutter for 4 weeks at a cost of nearly £600. Tiles were very good quality! Unlike some I'd got from another superstore that specialises in tile that's the only reason I gave 2 stars.

I got the wrong size bolts , I asked for 10’s but got 8’s paid expensive carriage charge when they could easily have been posted Very unhappy and out of pocket

Time it took back to resolve the issue and the expectation of providing photos and invoice which was not needed and several emails and phone calls
