Recently I visited Demak FTG to select timber for a driveway gate project I am currently working on and was attended to by Michael. Michael was most helpful in the selection of the correct timber ( LOSP Treated Pine) and also the most efficient method of purchasing so as to avoid waste. All in all my experience was much better than I have recently had from other timber merchants and no doubt I will return to your store when my next project comes up (extending my workshop ). The buying process was simple. It took 2weeks for delivery. It would have been nice to receive desparch notification and tracking info. There was no communication after order confirmation
