Ordered a single handle to try. Looked great but was wobbly. Customer service responded to my email straight away and said they would send another, which they did but had the same problem. Again they responded immediately and said it could be the screws and they would send different ones. This worked perfectly and we can now order the rest of the handles. A great example of excellent customer service - communication and a willingness to help, then doing exactly what they say they will!
