Not happy with the "restocking fee" . What exactly is that?? I have to pay for your employee to put it back. in stock?? Not to mention pay for the shipping for a return. . theses companies wondering why everyone is shopping at Amazon. This is why. . Ridiculous.

Took weeks and 4 shipments to receive all the order. And half of it I had to argue that it was never received!

Very happy with the quality of the product. The reason for the average rating is because parts were missing from my order. Two boxes had railing post but did not have caps. Installer had to go to local retailers and find missing parts.
