Deck Expressions

The railing and sleeves were great, but the fasteners that come with the railing suck!!!! If the bit slips just one time the screw is done whether installed or not. I had to provide my own fasteners to install the kits.

Great product and easy to install.

Works well so far and look great. Just wish they were made in USA, not China.

I only received one box which did not have my full order. The box was labeled ( 1 of 2 ), the truck driver didn't know anything about a second box. I had to contact the freight company. The woman who answered the call said she would look into it. I got a call back from her the next day, which was a Friday, she found the second box and stated that it would be shipped on Monday. I did receive the missing box, and since I'm a do it yourself homeowner, I'm cool with the delay, since it didn't cost me any more. Might be a different story though if I was a contractor with a deadline?
