Deck Expressions

Had to replace one section of hand rail after a felled tree damaged it. Was concerned because of its age that it would no longer be available. But was pleasantly surprised that you still stocked it even though you have designed newer versions. Very much grateful to you for manufacturing and supporting a long lasting product.

I received my post wraps and caps, they were well packaged as well as shipped on a wood pallet which was added protection to the shipment, I unpacked each of them and checked for any defects and each were in good condition, I was very pleased with both my purchase and the shipment packaging, I would buy from again if I need any additional products.

I need my order expedited.. The person that took. care of me made sure my parts were ordered and delivered as soon as possible. I was able to finish my deck on time. Tha k you.
