I recently submitted an inquiry regarding order status and I received an immediate followup message confirming my inquiry had been received. . Becky from support services responded within 24 hours and provided information which I was looking for including a Fedex shipping/tracking number. My order was delivered to a different address and I sent Becky a second message regarding same to keep her informed which she acknowledged. A local neighbor who received the package called Fedex with the issue and who promptly re-delivered to my address. Kudos to Becky for being so professional and being a single point of contact for responding to my inquiry and being there to resolve a potential shipping problem.
