Fast resolution of my problem would definitely shop with them again have a great business ethic

I was planning on ordering an E-trac spate tire mount, but the shipping was more than the part. So I didn't order, and I actually found one with a 5 dollar shipping price. So I ordered that one then a few days later you replied with cheaper shipping. It was to late as I had already received my part. But thanks for the reply. Jim J.
