The 6 straps that I
The 6 straps that I ordered were packaged in between the four 5' sections of rail that came as a kit. During the shipping process 4 of the straps were damaged, two were cut and 2 had some fraying, I contacted customer support by email. I received a reply from Emily Klein the same day and four new straps were shipped the next morning.
