Your email says allow up to 7 working days for cutting. It has now been 12 days and still being told to wait a couple more days.

I've had 3 interactions personally: 1. My wife and I went into the showroom and there was a young man who couldn't answer a few simple questions and started shouting at me that I didn't understand. My wife who is an engineering and isn't a wall flower was shocked and thought he was on drugs. I know it sounds comical but it wasn't at the time, he truly came across as unhinged. (His name was Justin). 2. I have had a number of deliveries, the driver (Matthew) refused to walk the 5m to put the 2400x1200 under the carport (which my wife asked him to do), instead leaving them out in the weather at the very edge of the property. He has done the same thing a number of times. 3. I called last week to enquire about black MDF, the sales person (I think Michael) never called me back. I called to ask what happened and after tracking him down he said he couldn't get it until next Feb and so didn't think I would want it so didn't call back. As a consequence I won't be trying Plyco for anything again, I will find it myself (I have found the product VALCHROMAT) from Modinexgroup and will be paying the $300 freight to get it delivered from Brisbane. I haven't negatively rated Plyco on Google because you are a small business. I do think the Plyco web site and product are great. But where I can I buy elsewhere because of the service. Would be nice to receive my order. Still waiting after 18 days

Told me it was in stock and I would have it for the weekend. When I called to ask about delivery it took a few goes but was then told “sometime next week” even though I was promised it before that weekend. Had to find it else where. At least refund was quick although I did have to chase up refund for delivery that obviously never happened.

You communicated poorly from the placement of my order and when it might be available. Didn’t respond to emails or calls. Then some of my ply showed up with pretty poor veneer adhesion over 1/3 of a sheet. I couldn’t be bothered dealing with you again so I just scrapped it.
